Deputy Manager
- Full-Time
To assist the manager in their duties and collaborate closely with other team leaders. To coordinate the efforts of other staff, offering encouragement, supervision, support, training, and coordination of the project staff in accordance with established practices and the guidelines outlined in the home’s policies and procedures. To collaborate with colleagues to create an environment that facilitates the intellectual, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual development of young people, as outlined in the legislative document “Every Child Matters.” To ensure adherence to financial procedures outlined in the home’s policy and procedures.
Care Home Manager
- Full-Time
To be responsible for the management and operational delivery of the Home and to oversee the implementation of standards as required by Ofsted To be the Registered Manager for the Children’s Home. To lead and direct others to provide person centred support to the young people to promote independence and personal fulfilment.
Care Home Support Worker
- Full-Time/Part-Time
To be a positive role model to be able to offer advice, guidance and assistance where appropriate. Establishing relationships which young people perceive to be positive, warm and rewarding. Providing advice, assistance and support on a 1:1 basis to enable young people to address past and present difficulties. To ensure and maintain a great relationship with direct line managers to guarantee supported living standards are met and exceeded. Great communication is imperative to be successful in this role.
