Each resident at Rose House is allocated a key worker who provides regular support and guidance. This key worker plays a crucial role in the young person’s journey, offering personalised support, promoting development, and preparing them for independence. Additionally, regular key work sessions are scheduled for each resident, with specific packages arranged in advance with referring agencies. This ensures that the support provided aligns with the resident’s individual needs and goals.

The facility at Rose House includes an onsite office and counselling room, offering residents a safe and supportive environment for evidence-based support sessions. Staff members are trained to provide high levels of support and interventions for young people with complex needs, including mental health needs, substance misuse, challenging behaviour, and trauma recovery. This comprehensive support system ensures that residents have access to the resources and guidance necessary for their well-being and personal growth.

For young people with particularly complex needs, intensive support plans can be put in place, in addition to the provision of a 24-hour service, following confirmation with the referring agency.
